It is finally time for Eid – the religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan. Eid, also commonly known as, ‘Festival of Breaking the Fast’ is a time for family and friends to gather together for a celebratory meal and festivities. Though Eid al-Fitr, 2020 will be slightly different, we, at The Modern East, still encourage you to embrace the joy of the holiday and what better way to do so than to cook your favorite meals?

Arabic Chickpea Stew
