Around his friends, Zayed is known to be the goofy one of the group. After being recommended to TikTok by a friend, Zayed slowly gravitated towards comedic content and dove right in. Funny enough his TikTok career originally started through a bet that he made with his friends on who would get the most likes and followers by the end of 2020 – clearly, he won!

The first video Zayed made was with his younger brother, “I got 1000 views! I was so happy I told my siblings, but my sister laughed at me – she had way more followers than I did,” He tells us. That didn’t stop him, and he continued making TikTok videos, “I started off making TikTok videos that were funny, and I realized that people actually laughed at my videos and so I continued making them,” He says.

Zayed has now amassed over 5000 followers and counting! Incorporating Ramadan content into his platform, Zayed has now set a challenge for himself. “Being diabetic and having difficulties fasting, I started this challenge for myself to see how many times I could fast this Ramadan,” he says, “I’ve received many positive vibes from the comments and my followers.”

Accolades and Looking Ahead

With his platform slowly growing and more viewers engaging with his content, Zayed has recently received opportunities from small Instagram businesses and apps. “It makes me happy, I am a very social person,” he says. “because of covid, this is a perfect way to interact with people. I’ve become more noticeable, and overall, it made me a much happier person”

Looking ahead, Zayed looks forward to continuing his TikTok career but must take a break in the near future to adhere to some priorities. “Life is too short to be stressing and being lazy,” he says, “Get up, get out, and be productive with your friends and family. Don’t waste your time and always have a positive mindset because a positive mindset = happy life.”
