A Late Night Bite

We’ve all experienced the agony of scrolling through our phone in the middle of the night when our tummies suddenly decide to growl and rumble. We contemplate weather or not getting up and going all the way to the kitchen and making something to eat is worth it, finally decide to get up, and have no idea what to eat! Whether you’re a cheddar, mozzarella, or four-cheese kind of person, and whether you prefer to grill it in a pan or a toaster – it doesn’t matter. This quick, mouth-watering snack tastes good any way you make it and will definitely fill you up.

We’ve all heard of a green salad, but how about a red and blue one? All you need to do to make this delicious and healthy late-night snack is throw whatever berries you have in your fridge into a bowl, grab a spoon and dig in! You can even add plain yoghurt to the concoction.

Crackers, Cheese, and Turkey

If you are a savory type of person, this is the snack for you, and there isn’t any cooking involved! All you need for this late-night snack are crackers – any kind will work, turkey, and cheese slices. Whether you want to stack’em up, or make a cracker sandwich, this snack will not disappoint you!


Pop, pop, pop, This snack is probably best to make if you live alone – we don’t want to wake anyone up! Not only is popcorn the perfect late-night snack because it’s perfect to munch on while you’re staying up watching that movie, but it’s actually also low in calories. Enjoy your munching!

Veggies and Dip

 If you don’t believe us and want a snack that won’t trip your guilt, you have to try this one. Cut up some celery and carrots – baby carrots are perfect for this too, and pair it with a dip. Hummus, ranch, or even blue cheese – they all tastes great!
