Another saying we often heard as little kids is “an apple a day keeps the doctor away,” and maybe we should start putting that to the test! An apple in the morning will definitely fill you up till you can have a proper meal and it will give you the energy to get up and get going. The best part – all you have to do is grab it and go!

Yogurt Cups

These are absolutely perfect for days when you just need to get up and go. You can purchase yoghurt cups from any supermarket and there is usually a huge variety of healthy and low-fat options to choose from! Which flavor is your favorite?

Whole Grain Muffins

This is a great option for when you’re not in the mood for something fruity! They’re richer in unprocessed fiber, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and vitamins E and B-6, and they may lower the risk of heart disease and stroke!

Leftovers

So many foods are associated with breakfast, like sweet cereals, eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and French toast with gobs of maple syrup. But there’s nothing wrong with eating non-breakfast foods instead, like the leftovers you have from dinner the night before.
