As the rest of the world begin to layer up on clothing and losing their summer tans – we are just getting started with embracing the exciting side of UAE with winter bringing out the best in our city!
The weather is at its best when it is the beginning of the season; mid October as well as the entire month of November. We can head to the beach for a tan or for a nice breezy evening walk, as well as sit outdoors at restaurants and cafes without suffocating in the heat!
Just because our winters aren’t as drastic as other parts of the world, doesn’t mean we don’t have to tweak our closets just a dot to make sure were all covered (literally) this winter! A new season upon us doesn’t necessarily have to call for a total wardrobe overhaul- but it is the perfect time to reassess.

It used to be the little black dress, but now the absolute must have this season is a trench coat. We are seeing those everywhere and its clear to see why! They are super practical; you can dress them up or down, throwing it on to add some fashion without the hassle. You can go for the classic beige trench coat look, or go the extra mile and opt for a leather or solid colour piece!
Cowboy boots, moto boots, whatever your flavor is- there’s something for everyone.

Buckle up, because this winter, it’s all about the boot! Whether you prefer Dr. Maartens, knee-high Alexander McQueen, or streamlined simple black combat boots- we’re not here to play and we’re ALL ABOUT IT – If you want to take it a bit further, opt for a white pair to that little extra flair.

You did not see this one coming- but yes, tulle skirts are here to linger long after summer. Winter and fall seasons usually call for a darker, more masculine look but not this winter! This season also brings a dose of femininity in voluminous, delicate tulle gowns. For an instant outfit pick me up, this is a must have piece because it really makes the entire outfit and can be worn day to evening if you do it right.

Just because its winter, doesn’t mean we need to pack away our favorite dresses, skirts, and shorts. This is where the pantyhose and stockings come out to play. Patterned stockings, with logos are going to be all over the fashion scene this season. If you are not comfortable with a bold statement logo, then a plain sheer, or opaque panty hose would look just as chic but in an understated way. Go ahead try this look and you’ll probably still be hooked for winters to come!
