For today’s beauty feature we are introducing 26-year-old, British, upcoming makeup artist, Morgan Tanner! From her gorgeous glitter glam to her haunting Halloween looks, and more, not only is Morgan’s fan base growing fast, but her goals are getting bigger and we are here for it.

Morgan is a 25-year-old British, self-taught makeup artist residing in Dubai, UAE. Morgan moved to Dubai in 2007 when she was only 12 years old and never left! “Dubai is definitely my home,” she tells us.
Morgan has been into the artistry of makeup for as long as she can remember. So far back as to when she was a little girl and would put makeup on her grandmother and her friends. “I think my first memory of taking an interest in makeup was when I was about 6 or 7 and my mother let me and my sister play with all her old products,” She says, “I must have looked ridiculous at the time, but that’s when I really remember loving the idea of transforming myself with makeup.”

Morgan has a very versatile style of makeup. Not only is she a huge lover of cut-creases and full glam looks, but she also loves doing transformative looks and turning herself into characters or artistic creations. That being said, we can’t forget about her “Snatch-Ural” looks! “
Makeup is a huge form of self-expression and also therapy for me. If I’m bored, I’ll do my makeup, if I’m sad, I’ll do my makeup, if I’m frustrated, I’ll do my makeup. I don’t know how or why, but it’s a comforter for me and I think I also take comfort in challenging myself. It’s a great feeling to challenge myself with a makeup look and do it successfully,” Morgan tells us.

Since Morgan initially delving into the world of makeup, she has had the chance to work with brands like Glu, Catrice Cosmetics, Essence, SHEIN Arabia, and even Sephora! “They’re small collaborations but the fact that these brands even know who I am is good enough for me,” Morgan humbly admits to us, “Their recognition of my work is a huge part of my growth and their trust in me to share, not only my makeup creations but also my honest reviews with my followers is a big reason why I keep creating content and wanting to grow my audience.”

Besides her recognition and collaborations with these companies in the beauty and fashion industry, Morgan has also recently hit 70k followers on TikTok! “I keep imagining 70,000 people in a room and it makes me feel really weird that THAT many people follow me,” she explains, “It’s a crazy feeling but has definitely made me want to stick with creating content and becoming a more recognized creator within the beauty community.”
Besides these amazing accolades and achievements, Morgan still has goals she wants to achieve for herself within the beauty industry. “If we’re thinking REALLY BIG, an ultimate goal would be to create my own brand but that’s probably a few years down the road, so something I’m working on now is to eventually start a YouTube channel and create more personal and informative videos,” She says. In addition to this, she would also like to teach mini masterclasses on my channel that can be accessed at any time and also product reviews for the average consumer!

“I have a lot of goals and a lot of hurdles to overcome to reach those goals, but I can confidently say that for the first time in my life I am determined to finally pursue the one thing that I have always been passionate about, makeup,” She says.
