Entertaining is not easy, and entertaining on a weeknight is even harder! Racing out of work to get to the grocery store and then hurrying home to pick up the clothes off the floor and give the bathroom a once-over can make a casual get-together a stressful affair. But I can’t help it, I love having my friends over all the time! These are a few of my go to recipes for small bites. They are super easy bites to make but still look super fancy to your guests.
Easy to prepare, you could also substitute the jam to small pieces of actual fig.

I find this to be a very simple recipe. It only requires 5 ingredients, and you probably have most of them at home already. You can replace the bread with Ritz crackers, blinis or even cucumbers for a healthier option.
