10 Things To Do in NYC

It’s no secret why New York is called ‘The City That Never Sleeps’. With countless sights to see, restaurants, museums, galleries and more, there is no shortage of things to do, so expect your trip to the Big Apple to be jam-packed!

1. Central Park

The best thing about a trip out of the desert we call home is all the GREEN! Rent some bikes and cycle around Central Park, there is so much to do and see here that you could spend a whole day just enjoying the great outdoors!

2. The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Gossip Girl fans, this one is for you! The Met is located on 5th Avenue on the East Side of Central Park. If you are looking for some art, history, and culture, spend some time in the museum or if you simply just want to have a Blair Waldorf moment, take an insta snap on the famous steps!

3. The Top of the Rock

The Top of the Rock observatory is located at the top of the Rockefeller Centre. You can enjoy a panoramic view that includes NYC’s famous skyscrapers like the Empire State Building, One World Trade Centre and the Chrysler building.

4. Empire State Building

The world-famous landmark that towers above Manhattan. Go for sunset but prepare to queue as it’s the most popular time. Another amazing view of the Big Apple.

5. Brooklyn Bridge

There is something special about the stroll along the world’s largest suspension bridge with the NYC skyline at your back. Brooklyn is a fun escape from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, so much to see and some great places to eat!

6. Broadway

There is absoltly nothing like watching a broadway musical – it’s an NYC staple/must do!

7. Times Square at Sunrise

Time Square is maybe one of the most popular sites for tourists and can get crazy busy! Get up early and make your way for sunrise to watch the city come alive!

8. Bleeker St, Greenwich Village

Central Perk anyone? Fancy bumping into Rachel, Ross, Joey or maybe even Phoebe down at Greenwich Village – that’s where the Friend’s building is, need we say more?

9. Glossier

Glossier Flagship store – This store of DREAMS is located at 123 Lafayette Street and is the ultimate girl heaven!

10. Chelsea Market

A hot spot for foodie and shopaholics, a Modern East fave!
