One of the hottest local launches of the year – the Hindash Liner drop! In collaboration with locally born brand Wow by Wojooh, Hindash has finally come out with a liner of his very own. This artist, turned makeup artist, photographer, vlogger, videographer – I mean you name it and this guy can do it – is most know for his eye sketches one which his beautiful models are always sporting a serious cat eye. I was all about his collab and couldn’t wait to try out the liner.
Lucky me was able to get my hands on the liner before it launched – so I had ample time to test it out before it hit the stores. Now I’m not one who is too much into liner, it’s not really part of my regular routine – until NOW! This liner has completely changed my perception (and fear) of wearing liquid liner. I’m not going to lie, the first few times I used it I was quite shaky, but now I consider myself an (almost) pro – thanks to the Hindash liner. With it’s felt tip pen you can really play around a lot with the weights of your stroke. Another thing I love about this liner is the intensity of the black, and how it’s legit smudge proof – that wing won’t budge all day. It is now a permanent member of my makeup bag – Mabrouk Mr Hindash and the Wow by Wojooh team for creating this seriously good product.

At the Modern East there is nothing we love more than watching our local beauty scene grow.
