Coffee shops can sometimes be the ultimate place to chill. There’s just something about finding a seat and letting the world go by, while you enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. They make an excellent meet up spot, a great alternative to an office to get some work done, or just a lovely place to unwind. Many of us even have a favorite coffee shop that we like to frequent. Coffee culture is huge all over the world. As is coffee shop and cafe culture. With the popularity of coffee in all its caffeinated glory, it stands to reason that there are some totally amazing coffee shops out there. Here are some of them.
For a touch of the whimsical served up alongside your brew, The Dreamy Camera Cafe is top notch. The cafe is in the shape of a totally amazing looking retro style camera. It’s modeled after a Rolleiflex Twin Lens camera, to be exact. The coffee shop is nestled within Yangpyeong county, which is about 65 km outside of Seoul. The place is run by a couple of dreamers, whose story is printed on the menus. While you sip your coffee, you’ll also be given a few slips of paper to write your own dreams on. You’ll also get a Polaroid taken. The picture you get to keep, but your dreams you leave behind, for future fellow coffee enthusiast travelers to read.

There is something to be said for age and experience. Caffe Florian has been at the cafe game a long time, since 1720 to be exact. In fact, this hot spot in Venice is considered to be the oldest cafe in Europe. This place has opulence down to a science, and drips that old world feel. You can sip your coffee of choice in several different themed rooms. Or, if you like to people watch, go ahead and take your cuppa outside. The outdoor seating area is right on the lovely Piazza San Marco. Any place to get your caffeine fix that once hosted the likes of Lord Byron and Goethe is worth experiencing.
