Different Teas and their Benefits

From skincare to diets to vitamins, it seems like there is an endless array of ‘healthy’ habits and routines we need to keep ourselves going. I would be lying if I said that it isn’t a little overwhelming sometimes. However, if you’re looking for an easier and, dare I say, more delicious habit to find your way to long term health, you should be drinking more tea! If you really want to feel great, forget that morning coffee kick or afternoon soda and switch them out for some herbal teas. Here is a list of some of my favourite herbal teas and their benefits for your health!

Chamomile Tea

Good Morning everyone. Hope you are all well and safe! I am obsessed with taking flatlay pictures. It is not as easy as you think! Flatlays are creative, inspiring and a great way to evoke a visual interest. Today I am willing to grab your attention in to the benefits of chamomile tea: Chamomile is generally safe for people who are not allergic to it. It helps to sleep better especially when you are tired. It aids digestion and it can be given to small children to ease tummy discomfort. It has loads of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. . Try it with honey and you will love it! . . #flatlayphotography #flatlay #flatlaythebest #creativecups #creativeflorals #creativephotography #photooftheday #chamomile #chamomiletea #tea #herbalife #herbalteas #chamomille #chamomilla #بابونج #شاي #photooftheday #photodujour #flatlays #flatlaycontest #contentcreator #contentdevelopment #healthylifestyle #healthydrinks #herbs #herbalifenutrition

Not only is this soothing tea excellent at calming you down and reducing your stress levels (which is magic enough already!) but you can also drink to sooth stomach aches, boost your immunity, and beat that insomnia which is making your mornings miserable!

Lemongrass Tea

If your metabolism is needing a little kick, lemongrass tea has got you covered! Not only that, though, lemongrass tea is packed full of antioxidants which will cleanse your body within of all those horrible toxins and help fight off diseases! If you’re not sold yet, its also a natural sourve of vitimins A and C which should form an essential part of any skincare routine.

Peppermint Tea

Another tea that is great for digestion. However, caffeine free peppermint tea is a great option for those of you who want to pass on the morning caffeine kick but still need a boost of energy to fight the sleepiness. The ultimate best of both worlds option!

Cinnamon Tea

Not only is cinnamon tea filled with antioxidants, but cinnamon tea can help in reducing your blood pressure and inflammation, making sure you’re doing your best to keep your heart in tip top shape. Like lemongrass tea, cinnamon tea is though to give your metabolism a little kick to help out any balanced diet! If that’s still not enough, cinnamon helps your body to produce collagen to help your skin retain its elasticity and hydration, keeping you looking younger for much longer!
