By now, we’re sure you’re all relatively familiar with the everyday Instagram make-up artists. And though their content is wonderful, and very useful for when you need an update on the latest products in the market, or a tutorial on the latest makeup trend, the ones we’re about to let you in on are a whole other type of special.
